The F&B Waiter delivers effective, professional service to hotel guests and supports guest satisfaction and hotel performance.
Duties
- Deliver service according to brand standards and fulfil orders accurately and on time.
- Engage with guests professionally and courteously to maximize satisfaction.
- Support hotel financial performance through efficient, high-quality service.
- Attend departmental training to enhance professional skills and service levels.
Qualifications
- Candidates with little or no work experience are welcome, including fresh graduates and those with up to six months of relevant experience.
- Basic English, hospitality interest, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a helpful team approach are required.
- Must be able to work a flexible roster and remain calm and courteous while focusing on guest needs.
