Job Purpose
The Finance Manager safeguards the hotel's financial integrity, leads the finance team, and partners with the General Manager.
The role supports accurate reporting, cost control, regulatory compliance, profitability, and Accor brand compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee monthly financial statements, profit and loss, and balance sheet reporting.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting; analyze variances and recommend corrective action.
- Provide financial modeling and feasibility analysis for revenue, capital projects, and operational changes.
- Maintain internal controls and oversee food and beverage costs, inventory, purchasing, and operating expenditure.
- Manage cash flow, banking, treasury, working capital, tax filings, statutory returns, and regulatory compliance.
- Partner on revenue, channel costs, pricing, credit control, receivables, and payroll efficiency.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and review finance staff; oversee core accounting, audit, cashier, and payroll functions.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years as a Finance Manager or Assistant Finance Manager in the UAE hospitality industry; hotel experience is mandatory.
