Support the Sales Operations team by owning and analyzing business data across sales, collections, broker performance, and customer transactions.

Role Profile
- Analyze sales, collections, broker activity, and customer data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Develop dashboards and presentations highlighting key insights and actionable recommendations.
- Monitor sales conversion, collections, defaulters, and broker performance.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of data across sales, customer, and broker CRM records.
- Identify data gaps and inconsistencies and drive improvements in data quality.
- Support forecasting, performance tracking, and periodic reporting for leadership reviews.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and CRM teams to validate data and ensure alignment.
- Enhance reporting efficiency through process improvements, automation, and documentation of data standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 1–3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable outcomes.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and basic modelling.
- Working knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce.
- Ability to create clear, structured presentations from data using PowerPoint.
- Understanding of sales cycles, collections tracking, and performance metrics.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and highly organized.
