Electrical Construction Manager leading electrical works on high-rise building projects in the UAE.
The role includes project-team leadership, timely delivery, and maintaining quality, safety, and performance.
Work location

Key responsibilities
- Lead on-site electrical construction and plan execution against approved schedules and budgets.
- Supervise project engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and site personnel.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, and authorities.
- Resolve technical issues, design discrepancies, and construction challenges; monitor manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Ensure installations meet project specifications, local regulations, and industry standards.
- Conduct inspections, progress reviews, and coordination meetings; prepare progress reports, recovery plans, and forecasts.
- Ensure HSE and company-procedure compliance; provide technical input to tendering and pre-construction.
Required qualifications and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and at least 5 years of UAE electrical construction experience.
- Proven experience managing high-rise building projects from inception to handover.
- Strong site management, leadership, technical, stakeholder, and multidisciplinary team management capabilities.
- Knowledge of electrical power, lighting, low-current, containment, and earthing systems.
- Understanding of construction methodologies, planning, and execution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; valid UAE driving licence.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with leading UAE contractors and developers.
- Familiarity with local authority requirements and approval processes.
- Immediate availability or a short notice period.
Compensation
- Pay starts at AED 8,000 per month.
