Glossy Bird is a growing lifestyle brand in the UAE specializing in stylish and functional kids school bags, lunch boxes, water bottles, travel luggage, and handbags.
We are focused on expanding our ecommerce presence across leading regional marketplaces including Amazon, Noon, Trendyol, Mumzworld, and FirstCry.
We are looking for a highly driven Ecommerce Product Manager who can lead product listings, marketplace growth, SEO optimization, product marketing, and sales performance across multiple ecommerce channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize product listings across Amazon, Noon, Trendyol, Mumzworld, and FirstCry
- Create and maintain high-converting product pages including titles, bullet points, descriptions, A+ content, images, and keywords
- Develop and execute ecommerce sales strategies to increase revenue and marketplace visibility
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices for marketplace search ranking
- Monitor product performance, traffic, conversion rates, and sales analytics
- Plan and execute product launches, promotions, pricing strategies, and seasonal campaigns
- Coordinate with design, photography, and content teams to improve listing quality and branding
- Manage marketplace advertising campaigns including Amazon PPC and other sponsored ads
- Analyze competitor activity, pricing trends, and market opportunities
- Ensure inventory coordination and stock availability with operations and supply chain teams
- Work closely with management to identify new product opportunities and category expansion
- Handle marketplace account health, customer feedback, ratings, and product compliance requirements
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in ecommerce product management or marketplace management
- Strong experience managing products on Amazon, Noon, Trendyol, Mumzworld, and/or FirstCry
- Proven experience in ecommerce sales growth and marketplace optimization
- Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, and product ranking strategies
- Experience with product marketing and digital merchandising
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and other marketplace seller portals
- Ability to analyze sales reports, campaign performance, and marketplace analytics
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience in fashion accessories, kids products, bags, or consumer products is preferred
- Knowledge of ecommerce advertising platforms and PPC campaigns is an advantage
- Experience in photography and creating short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Ability to coordinate and produce engaging social media content for product promotion
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Ecommerce, or related field preferred
