- 3–5 years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or quality-focused roles
- Experience implementing data validation and monitoring solutions
Technical Expertise
- Data quality frameworks, rules, and KPIs
- Data profiling, validation, and anomaly detection
- SQL and Python
- Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse
- Data observability tools and practices
Certifications
- Microsoft Azure Data certifications
- Data quality or data management certification
Soft Skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Root-cause analysis and structured thinking
