Job Summary
Join Emerson's Measurement Solutions and Systems business unit in Dubai, UAE.
Lead Electrical and Instrumentation engineering activities for metering and analytical package projects across the Middle East and Africa.
Collaborate with global engineering teams, suppliers, skid fabricators, and customers to support project execution and approvals.
Responsibilities
- Review project specifications, proposals, technical queries, and deviations during pre-bid and project execution phases.
- Support Project Managers with technical and planning functions and assume project management responsibilities when required.
- Lead electrical and instrumentation engineering activities and technical aspects of assigned projects.
- Liaise with customers and Local Business Partners on project-related technical matters.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams across COE Pune and global engineering locations.
- Generate and review P&IDs, General Arrangement drawings, Functional Design Specifications, E&I datasheets, specifications, sizing calculations, and project documentation.
- Perform instrumentation selection and flow meter sizing activities.
Experience
