Role overview
Manage and grow relationships with key fulfillment customers, support operational excellence and customer satisfaction, and serve as the primary contact between customers and internal operations teams.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of e-commerce fulfillment customers.
- Build customer relationships and understand business requirements.
- Monitor KPIs and SLAs to ensure service levels are achieved.
- Lead WBRs, MBRs, and QBRs.
- Coordinate with Operations, Transportation, Inventory, IT, and Customer Service teams.
- Analyze operational data and provide recommendations.
- Support new-customer onboarding and implementation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support account growth opportunities.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in fulfillment, warehousing, logistics, or account management.
Technical knowledge
- Knowledge of order fulfillment, inventory management, WMS, last-mile operations, and e-commerce platforms.
- Knowledge of KPIs including customer satisfaction, SLA achievement, customer retention, account growth, fulfillment performance, and inventory accuracy.
