We are building the regional team in Dubai to support a growing portfolio of retail stores across the UAE, with new openings underway.
About the Role
You will own the end-to-end online order journey for GCC e-commerce operations — from the moment an order lands in the system to the moment it reaches the customer's door.
What You Will Do
- Monitor and manage all incoming orders from the web site for the GCC region through the ERP system (Nebim V3)
- Coordinate daily with our 3PL warehouse partner for order fulfilment — picking, packing, and dispatch
- Manage last-mile delivery operations and track shipments to completion
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, returns, and exchanges professionally and promptly
- Ensure accurate stock availability is reflected online by monitoring inventory levels and flagging discrepancies
- Prepare daily and weekly operational reports using Excel — orders, shipments, returns, and open issues
- Liaise with the brand's global e-commerce and customer service teams
- Identify process improvements to enhance order accuracy, delivery speed, and customer satisfaction
What We Are Looking For
- 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, order management, or online retail — preferably in fashion, footwear, or lifestyle
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reporting)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is a strong plus
- Experience with ERP/OMS systems; familiarity with Nebim or SAP is an advantage
- Comfortable coordinating across multiple stakeholders — warehouse, courier, brand HQ, customers
- Customer-first mindset with the ability to resolve issues calmly and efficiently
- Based in Dubai
