Role Description
We’re Hiring \| E-Commerce Operations Manager / General Manager – Jewellery & Gold Retail 🇦🇪
CLASSIC JEWELS & DIAMONDS is looking for an experienced and result-driven professional to lead our E-Commerce Operations and Online Retail Growth in the UAE.
We are searching for someone with strong experience in jewellery or gold retail along with hands-on knowledge in e-commerce operations, online sales, digital growth, and marketplace management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete operations of the online jewellery store and marketplace
- Handle product listings, pricing, inventory sync, and order fulfillment
- Drive online sales growth and customer acquisition strategies
- Monitor website performance, customer journey, and operational efficiency
- Coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns, promotions, SEO, and social media activities
- Manage online marketplaces and third-party platform integrations
- Ensure excellent customer experience, delivery support, and issue resolution
- Track sales reports, KPIs, and operational performance
- Build and lead the e-commerce operations team
Requirements
- Strong experience in jewellery/gold retail industry
- Experience in e-commerce operations and online sales management
- Knowledge in marketplace platforms, digital marketing, and customer experience
- Strong leadership, reporting, and operational management skills
- Ability to manage both online and offline retail coordination
