About This Role

  • Manage and process online orders in daily basis
  • Handle customer inquiries across all platforms
  • Provide customer support and resolve issues
  • Follow up on orders and deliveries
  • Communicate with customers regarding order updates or concerns
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and brand representation
  • Monitor order status and updates
  • Maintain inventory accuracy
  • Conduct stock checking and inventory control
  • Coordinate stock movement between locations
  • Track product availability
  • Report any stock issues or discrepancies
  • Support daily operations and coordination

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED2,200.00 per month

Work Location: In person
