Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end **e-commerce operations and performance**
• Drive revenue growth through data-driven strategies
• Manage website platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar)
• Oversee marketplace operations (Amazon, Noon, etc.)
• Plan and execute promotions, campaigns, and seasonal offers
• Optimize product pages (SEO, images, descriptions, pricing)
• Monitor customer journey and reduce cart abandonment
• Analyze performance metrics and generate actionable insights
• Collaborate with marketing for paid ads and organic growth
• Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely fulfillment
• Maintain accurate inventory visibility across channels
• Lead and mentor junior team members or external partners
• Ensure excellent online customer experience and retention
