**About the role**We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Manager to take full ownership of our online sales channels, including marketplaces and our website.
Your goal will be to drive revenue growth, optimize performance, and scale the e-commerce business.
Key responsibilities
- Manage sales on marketplaces (Amazon, Noon, etc.)
- Full management of the website (Shopify): products, pricing, content
- Optimize conversion rate and user experience
- Manage product content: descriptions, SEO, images
- Run and optimize marketplace advertising (PPC)
- Analyze sales performance, margins, and stock levels
- Plan and execute promotions, discounts, and seasonal campaigns
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and marketing teams
- Launch and scale new sales channels
Requirements
- 2–3+ years of experience in e-commerce
- Hands-on experience with marketplaces (Amazon / Noon required)
- Strong understanding of unit economics and margins
- Experience with WooCommerce or similar platforms
- Strong analytical skills (Excel / Google Sheets)
- Understanding of SEO and product ranking principles
- English — professional working level
- Nice to have:
- Experience in retail / FMCG / toys
- Experience launching new marketplaces or categories
- Familiarity with Odoo or ERP systems
