E-commerce Manager (Marketplaces & Website)

About the roleWe are looking for an experienced E-commerce Manager to take full ownership of our online sales channels, including marketplaces and our website. Your goal will be to drive revenue growth, optimize performance, and scale the e-commerce business.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage sales on marketplaces (Amazon, Noon, etc.)
• Full management of the website (Shopify): products, pricing, content
• Optimize conversion rate and user experience
• Manage product content: descriptions, SEO, images
• Run and optimize marketplace advertising (PPC)
• Analyze sales performance, margins, and stock levels
• Plan and execute promotions, discounts, and seasonal campaigns
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and marketing teams
• Launch and scale new sales channels

Requirements:

• 2–3+ years of experience in e-commerce
• Hands-on experience with marketplaces (Amazon / Noon required)
• Strong understanding of unit economics and margins
• Experience with WooCommerce or similar platforms
• Strong analytical skills (Excel / Google Sheets)
• Understanding of SEO and product ranking principles
• English — professional working level

Nice to have:

• Experience in retail / FMCG / toys
• Experience launching new marketplaces or categories
• Familiarity with Odoo or ERP systems
