About The Role
We are seeking an experienced **E-commerce & Loyalty Program Specialist** with a proven background in a UAE-based **E-commerce or D2C brand**.
The ideal candidate will drive online sales growth, performance marketing, customer acquisition, loyalty programs, CRM, and conversion optimization while managing day-to-day e-commerce operations.
E-Commerce Management
- Drive online sales, AOV, CLV, and revenue growth.
- Manage website merchandising, product listings, promotions, pricing, and seasonal campaigns.
- Coordinate with merchandising and supply chain teams on inventory and product launches.
- Optimize website performance, user experience, and conversion rates.
Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across:
- Google Ads, Google Shopping & Performance Max
• TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn & YouTube Ads
- Responsible for:
- Budget management
- Audience targeting & remarketing
- Landing page optimization
- A/B testing
- ROAS & CPA optimization
- Customer acquisition campaigns
Loyalty & Crm
Manage customer retention through:
• Referral, Cashback & Subscription Programs
- Customer Segmentation
• Email, SMS & WhatsApp Marketing
- Push Notifications
Marketplace & Website Management
- Manage marketplaces including:
- Amazon UAE
- Noon
- Carrefour Marketplace
- Talabat Mart
- Deliveroo
- Instashop
- Noon Minutes
- Manage e-commerce platforms:
• Shopify And Shopify Plus
- WooCommerce
• Magento And Adobe Commerce
