- Strong knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management.
- Experience in sourcing materials, equipment, and services related to the Oil & Gas sector.
- Ability to negotiate with suppliers and obtain competitive quotations.
- Familiarity with local and international vendors.
- Strong knowledge of purchase orders, vendor management, and inventory control.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
Responsibilities
- Source and procure materials and equipment as per project requirements.
- Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers.
- Prepare purchase orders and follow up on deliveries.
- Maintain relationships with existing vendors and identify new suppliers.
- Ensure timely procurement while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.
- Coordinate with project, warehouse, and finance teams.
- Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per hour
