Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities and ensure timely sourcing of materials, products, and services.
The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, supplier management experience, and the ability to maintain cost-effective purchasing processes while ensuring quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors.
- Obtain quotations and compare prices to achieve cost savings.
- Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment requirements.
- Maintain supplier records and procurement documentation.
- Follow up on deliveries and resolve supply-related issues.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchasing needs.
- Ensure purchased items meet quality standards and delivery requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
- Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
