E-commerce Coordinator

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update product listings on the company’s e-commerce platform
• Ensure product descriptions, pricing, images, and stock levels are accurate and up to date
• Coordinate order processing, fulfillment, and delivery tracking
• Monitor website performance and report technical or operational issues
• Work closely with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams
• Assist in planning and executing online promotions, campaigns, and product launches
• Analyze sales data and customer behavior to improve performance
• Handle customer inquiries related to online orders and product availability
• Maintain inventory accuracy in coordination with warehouse teams
• Ensure a smooth and user-friendly online shopping experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field
• Previous experience in e-commerce, retail operations, or online merchandising is an advantage
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Good understanding of digital retail and customer behavior
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic analytics tools
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
