E-Commerce Coordinator
About This Role
Al Dewan Pharmacy is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Coordinator to manage and support our online sales operations. We are specifically looking for experienced candidates to join our growing team in the digital retail space.
The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in e-commerce and a strong understanding of online retail platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update product listings (descriptions, pricing, images) across e-commerce platforms
Monitor website performance, inventory levels, and order processing
Coordinate with marketing teams for online promotions and campaigns
Handle customer inquiries and ensure a smooth online shopping experience
Track sales performance and prepare basic reports
Ensure accuracy and consistency of product information
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in an E-commerce Marketplace or similar role.
- Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with platforms such as Noon, Amazon, and Shopify.
- Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills with proficiency in MS Office (Excel preferred).
- Strategy: Basic knowledge of Marketplace dynamics and online sales strategies.
