Job Summary
Brains Market is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Coordinator to manage online store operations, product listings, digital sales activities, and customer support coordination.
The ideal candidate will help optimize the company’s online presence and ensure smooth day-to-day e-commerce operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update product listings across e-commerce platforms
- Coordinate online orders, shipping, and delivery tracking
- Monitor inventory availability and update stock information regularly
- Support digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve order-related issues
- Analyze sales performance and prepare regular reports
- Ensure website content, pricing, and product descriptions are accurate
- Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and marketing teams to improve operations
- Monitor competitor activity and online market trends
Requirements
- Previous experience in e-commerce, online sales, or digital retail operations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and order management systems
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and online customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar e-commerce platforms
- Knowledge of online advertising and social media marketing
- Understanding of inventory and logistics coordination
