Key Responsibilities

• **Product Catalog Management:** Upload and update product listings, ensuring descriptions are accurate, engaging, and SEO-friendly.
• **Order Oversight:** Monitor daily orders to ensure smooth processing, from payment verification to final delivery.
• **Content Coordination:** Collaborate with the marketing team to execute seasonal promotions, banners, and homepage updates.
• **Inventory Syncing:** Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure online stock levels reflect real-world inventory.
• **Customer Journey Support:** Track website performance and troubleshoot minor technical issues to keep the shopping experience seamless.
• **Data Reporting:** Assist in preparing weekly reports on sales trends, website traffic, and customer behavior.
