The Junior Manager, Key Account E-commerce is responsible for IFFCO group e-commerce sales activities.
The role aims to develop e-commerce sales sustainably and profitably while contributing to the company's digital transformation.
Responsibilities
- Help shape e-commerce strategy across grocery marketplaces, bricks-and-clicks, generalist pure players, and food pure players.
- Support forecast accuracy and annual financial and volume planning.
- Lead key e-retailer relationships and execute channel strategy, focusing on availability, execution quality, and trade marketing.
- Analyze sales growth, market share, category drivers, and competitors.
- Monitor orders, collections, finance reconciliation, fill rates, out-of-stocks, and delivery times.
- Find innovative ways to reach more consumers and generate incremental business.
- Improve profitability through financial mix, trade spend, and marketing analysis, and report performance to management.
- Manage relationships with e-commerce suppliers and agencies.
Experience and education
- Requires 2–4 years of experience in FMCG or e-commerce/digital.
- Requires key account management experience; e-commerce or digital experience is ideal.
- Requires experience in a multigeography or multicultural environment.
- Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent in business management or above.
Competencies
- Competencies include category management, effective communication, consumer behavior in B2B and B2C, customer centricity, digital communication and media, distribution channel management, and key account management.
- Additional competencies include planning and decision-making and self and team management.
