Own the strategic direction, day-to-day trading, sales, and profit performance of the online business.

Strategy and commercial performance
- Drive e-commerce strategy to achieve online sales and profit objectives while preserving and building brand integrity.
- Deliver a strong customer experience on customer sites and introduce innovation and new initiatives.
- Grow reach, traffic, sales, conversion, and average order value through search, email, affiliate, and social commerce.
- Own online sales and full P&L targets across all online channels.
Marketing and channel operations
- Align global brand vision with locally relevant programs for online partners.
- Align e-commerce work with brand marketing strategy, activation plans, and digital and social marketing.
- Prepare and circulate weekly, monthly, and quarterly site and channel performance reports.
- Monitor competitors and share insights.
- Execute the marketing and promotional calendar across online business partners.
Experience and education
- Proven e-commerce experience in the CPG/FMCG industry.
- At least 5 years of experience in online sales and digital advertising.
- Proven experience in an e-commerce role; experience building one from scratch is ideal.
- A degree in business or a related discipline.
Performance measures
Deliver P&L targets across online channels and execute the marketing and promotional calendar.
