Alhor Camping & Hunting Tools seeks a results-driven Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Specialist to strengthen its digital presence, drive online sales, and support marketing activities.
The role focuses on performance marketing, e-commerce, content, and digital analytics.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns; develop SEO strategies to grow organic traffic and search visibility.
- Drive website traffic, conversions, and online sales; manage e-commerce promotions, product listings, landing pages, and website content.
- Create and coordinate online and offline brand-aligned content; monitor ROAS, ROI, CPC, CTR, conversion rate, and customer acquisition cost.
- Analyze website and customer behavior to improve customer journeys and conversion rates; support email, remarketing, and retention campaigns.
- Collaborate with Sales on campaigns and promotional materials; support promotional campaigns, activations, and marketing events.
- Research markets and competitors, maintain consistent brand positioning, and prepare reports with insights and recommendations.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce marketing, or a related role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads; knowledge of SEO, GA4, conversion tracking, and digital marketing metrics.
- Experience with e-commerce websites and platforms such as Shopify or similar.
- Understanding of conversion optimization and online customer journeys.
- Strong content, communication, and analytical skills; creative, organized, and results-driven with a focus on online sales and ROI.

- Work is in person.
Pay
- Pay starts at AED 2,000 per month.
