The company seeks a results-driven, hands-on Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Specialist to strengthen its digital presence and drive online sales.
Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Develop SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and search visibility.
- Drive website traffic, conversions, and online sales through performance-focused marketing.
- Manage e-commerce promotions, product listings, landing pages, and website content.
- Create and coordinate brand-aligned online and offline marketing content.
- Analyze ROAS, ROI, CPC, CTR, conversion rate, and customer acquisition cost.
- Analyze website and customer behavior to improve the customer journey and conversion rate.
- Support email marketing, remarketing, and customer retention campaigns.
- Collaborate with Sales on campaigns and promotional materials supporting sales objectives.
- Support promotional campaigns, activations, and marketing events as needed.
- Research markets and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain consistent brand positioning and prepare performance reports with insights and recommendations.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce marketing, or a related role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Knowledge of SEO, GA4, conversion tracking, and digital marketing metrics.
- Experience with e-commerce websites and platforms such as Shopify or similar.
- Understanding of conversion optimization and online customer journeys.
- Strong content, communication, and analytical skills; creative, organized, and results-driven.
Pay
- Pay starts at AED 2,000 per month.
