Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inquiries by phone and WhatsApp; address concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Provide accurate product information and explain product features and benefits.
- Identify and resolve customer issues; handle returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve service processes and stay informed about products and promotions.
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with online communication tools.
Compensation
- Pay is up to AED 3,000 per month.
Workplace and employment
- Full-time, permanent role; work is in person.
