Responsibilities
- Register, file and track incoming/outgoing documents
- Type and format letters and reports
- Monitor deadlines for submissions and approvals
- Coordinate with engineers, consultants and subcontractors
- Train staff on document control procedures
- Maintain version control of drawings and revisions
Experience
- 2+ years in document control (UAE construction experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of UAE construction site documentation
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Excellent communication skills
Benefits
