Document Controller & Project Coordinator
About This Role
Key Responsibilities
-
Manage complete project documentation lifecycle including preparation, submission, tracking, revision control, and archiving.

Maintain document registers, logs, trackers, and ensure proper version control of drawings, technical documents, and correspondence.

Coordinate document submissions with engineers, consultants, designers, subcontractors, and clients.

Cross-check all non-technical aspects of submissions (formatting, document numbering, revision status, compliance with client templates, completeness of attachments, etc.).

Ensure timely submission of technical and commercial documents as per project schedule.

Manage and track drawing revisions, method statements, ITPs, material submittals, RFIs, and as-built documentation.
-
Support preparation and submission of work permits, access approvals, NOCs, and authority documentation.

Coordinate site documentation requirements including safety documents, manpower approvals, and permit tracking.

Assist Project Manager in tracking project progress documentation, schedules, deliverables, and compliance requirements.
-
Maintain communication records and ensure proper documentation flow between client, consultant, OEM, and internal teams.

Support preparation of handover documentation, final dossiers, and close-out documentation.
