- Maintain and manage all incoming and outgoing documents.
- Ensure proper document filing, scanning, recording, and archiving.
- Control and update document versions and revisions.
- Prepare document registers, logs, and tracking reports.
- Distribute documents to relevant departments and staff.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company documents.
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, suppliers, and clients regarding documentation.
- Ensure all documents comply with company standards and procedures.
- Retrieve files and documents when required.
- Monitor deadlines for document submissions and approvals.
- Organize both physical and electronic filing systems.
- Assist in preparing reports, letters, and project documentation.
- Handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Support administrative and project teams as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Administration or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Document Controller.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of document management systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of construction/project documentation is an advantage.
- Pay: AED2,500.00 per month
