About the Role
We are hiring an experienced
Pharma Division Manager – Product Onboarding, Market Access & Manufacturer Relations
to lead the onboarding of new pharmaceutical manufacturers, Marketing Authorization Holders (MAHs), and their product portfolios into the company’s distribution network.
This role requires a strong balance of
regulatory compliance expertise, market access knowledge, and commercial/sales understanding
to ensure smooth onboarding, successful product activation, and strong manufacturer relationships.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in
key account management, product onboarding, manufacturer integration within regulated healthcare environments, pharmaceutical regulatory documentation, product registration, MAH onboarding, formulary inclusion, vendor management, and commercial coordination
within the UAE healthcare market.
Manufacturer Relations & MAH Onboarding
- Lead evaluation and onboarding of new pharmaceutical manufacturers and MAHs in line with company strategy and UAE regulatory standards
- Coordinate due diligence, vendor qualification, and required documentation including GMP, COPP, marketing authorizations, and distribution agreements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, principals, and external partners throughout onboarding and transition phases
- Work closely with Legal and Regulatory teams to finalize onboarding requirements, agreements, and compliance approvals
Product Onboarding & Market Access
- Oversee product listing, item master creation, and item code generation in ERP systems
- Ensure all product dossiers, technical documents, and regulatory approvals are completed before registration and launch
- Support product registration processes and coordinate with Regulatory Affairs for approvals and compliance
- Drive formulary inclusion and market access strategies across government and private healthcare sectors
- Align product pricing, availability, and demand planning with Finance and Supply Chain teams
Commercial Activation & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Act as the main point of contact between Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, Procurement, Sales, and external partners
- Ensure seamless integration of product information into commercial, logistics, and sales systems
- Support commercial launch readiness, sales enablement, and operational alignment for new product introductions
- Manage key healthcare accounts and strengthen stakeholder relationships across government and private sectors
- Develop and implement onboarding workflows, SOPs, timelines, and standardized checklists
- Monitor onboarding progress, identify bottlenecks, and ensure timely execution
Compliance & Quality Alignment
- Ensure all onboarding activities comply with UAE pharmaceutical regulations, GxP standards, and internal SOPs
- Support audits, vendor qualification reviews, and compliance documentation
- Maintain updated records of licenses, agreements, and partner credentials
Reporting & Process Improvement
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements to streamline onboarding efficiency and partner integration
- Monitor KPIs related to onboarding timelines, compliance, market access progress, and partner satisfaction
- Prepare management reports and dashboards for leadership review
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management
- Minimum
- 6–10 years of experience
- in pharmaceutical product onboarding, manufacturer onboarding, MAH onboarding, market access, regulatory affairs, vendor management, or key account management
- Strong understanding of
- pharmaceutical regulatory documentation, product registration, GxP compliance, and UAE healthcare regulations
- Proven experience in
- market access, formulary inclusion, and managing government/private healthcare accounts
- Strong exposure to both
- regulatory onboarding and commercial/sales coordination
- Expertise in
- key account management, product onboarding, and manufacturer integration within regulated healthcare environments
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills
- Experience with ERP systems and strong Microsoft Office proficiency
