We’re Hiring: Retail Division Manager

We’re looking for a commercially sharp and operationally strong Retail Division Manager to lead and scale our retail presence.

This role owns the end-to-end performance of all stores — from people and operations to sales and customer experience — working directly with the Founder/CEO.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

🔸 Store Operations

• Oversee daily operations across all store locations
• Implement and enforce SOPs (opening/closing, VM, stock handling)
• Ensure consistent brand standards across all stores

🔸 People Management

• Recruit, train, and manage store managers and retail teams
• Lead scheduling, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions
• Build strong team culture and improve retention

🔸 Commercial Performance

• Own store-level P&L (revenue, conversion, ATV, UPT)
• Set sales targets and drive accountability
• Analyze performance data and take corrective action

🔸 Inventory & Merchandising

• Coordinate with buying/supply chain on stock levels
• Oversee visual merchandising aligned with brand direction
• Manage replenishment and seasonal clearance

🔸 Customer Experience

• Maintain high service standards across stores
• Handle escalated customer issues
• Drive loyalty, repeat purchases, and in-store engagement

🔸 Expansion & Business Development

• Support retail expansion and new store openings
• Build and manage relationships with malls and landlords
• Develop location-specific playbooks for new markets

What We’re Looking For

• 6–10 years of retail experience, including multi-store management
• Background in contemporary/premium fashion retail (e.g., COS, Arket, Massimo Dutti level)
• Strong commercial mindset — highly analytical and data-driven
• Experience in the GCC is a strong advantage
