ABOUT THE ROLE

Inqem International LLC is a growing trading company seeking an experienced and results-driven Divisional Manager to lead our construction materials and tools division. The ideal candidate will combine deep product knowledge with strong commercial leadership to drive revenue growth, build supplier relationships, and manage a high-performing sales team.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Proven ability to identify and source quality construction material and tools brands strong knowledge of market-leading suppliers and emerging product lines.
• Demonstrated experience leading a large sales team within a building materials or construction trading company, with a track record of hitting and exceeding targets.
• Strong network of relationships with contractors, project consultants, hardware distributors, and procurement teams across the region.
• Solid understanding of pricing strategies, gross margin management, and P&L accountability within a trading business.
• Experience in brand development and exclusive dealership negotiations with international and regional product manufacturers.
• Ability to analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer demand to develop divisional sales strategies and product portfolios.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills - comfortable dealing with suppliers, clients, and senior management.
• Experience in setting up sales systems, reporting structures, and performance KPIs to drive accountability across the team.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Drive divisional revenue targets and manage overall sales performance across all product categories.
• Build and maintain a strong supplier and brand portfolio aligned with market demand and company positioning.
• Recruit, train, and develop the sales team to operate at the highest professional standards.
• Oversee inventory planning in coordination with the procurement and logistics teams to ensure product availability.
• Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events to strengthen market presence.
