Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy Development: Lead and develop the overall marketing strategy in alignment with Rixos Properties business goals.

Manage the marketing department, ensuring effective execution of all marketing initiatives and campaigns across digital, traditional, and experiential channels.

Brand Vision & Positioning: Oversee and refine the brand s positioning, ensuring consistency and alignment with the company s mission, values, and target market.

Drive brand awareness and maintain a strong brand identity across all platforms and touchpoints.

Integrated Marketing Campaigns: Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Ensure that all marketing campaigns are cohesive, well-executed, and deliver measurable results.

Digital Transformation: Lead the digital marketing efforts, ensuring a robust online presence through SEO/SEM, social media, content marketing, email campaigns, and paid media.

Foster innovation in digital marketing practices and lead the company s digital transformation initiatives.

Market Research & Insights: Leverage market research, data analytics, and customer insights to stay ahead of industry trends, understand audience needs, and identify opportunities for growth and market penetration.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership, sales, and revenue management teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals and business objectives.

Ensure strong communication and collaboration across departments.

Budget & Resource Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources to maximize ROI.

Optimize resource allocation across all marketing initiatives.

Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team.

Promote a culture of creativity, collaboration, and innovation.

Provide guidance and professional development opportunities to team members.

Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for marketing-related matters, presenting strategy, updates, and results to senior executives and stakeholders.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns.

Provide actionable insights to continuously improve and optimize marketing efforts.

Public Relations & Brand Partnerships: Manage public relations strategies and work with key partners, influencers, and media outlets to expand brand reach and maintain a positive brand reputation.

Sustainability Integration: Ensure that marketing initiatives align with the company s sustainability goals by promoting eco-friendly and ethical practices through marketing strategies.
