A leading design practice in Dubai is seeking a Director of Architecture to join its dynamic team.
The role will drive the architecture department forward across both projects and talent.
The position has a strong business-development and commercial-awareness component.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the architecture department forward across projects and talent.
- Contribute to business development and apply commercial awareness.
- Lead, grow, and mentor the architecture team.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture from a recognized institution.
- 15–20 years of professional experience in hospitality architectural design, including at least 10 years in an Associate or Director role.
- Previous experience with reputable international design practices.
- Strong portfolio of exceptional hospitality projects in the Middle East.
- Proven record of winning business and delivering large luxury hospitality and high-rise projects from concept through completion in the region.
- In-depth knowledge of the Dubai and wider regional design market.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead, grow, and mentor a team.
