We are seeking a
Director – Digital Transformation Planning
to lead and oversee digital transformation initiatives, infrastructure planning, and strategic execution across the organization.
This leadership role focuses on planning, governance, risk management, and ensuring continuity of digital services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage digital transformation planning and related teams
- Define and execute digital transformation strategies and operational plans
- Coordinate digital initiatives in line with federal digital government directions
- Oversee digital infrastructure planning, system maintenance, and service continuity
- Conduct risk assessments related to digital transformation and data
- Ensure data protection, cybersecurity, business continuity, and disaster recovery readiness
- Drive service improvement, re-engineering, and optimization across digital and non-digital services
- Establish standards, policies, and governance for digital systems and platforms
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure effective execution
- **Qualifications & Experience:**
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology or a related field
- Senior leadership experience in digital transformation, IT planning, or infrastructure
- Strong knowledge of digital government standards, risk management, and cybersecurity
- Experience with cloud platforms, infrastructure, and enterprise systems
- Proven ability to manage change, strategy, and cross-functional stakeholders
