Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Lead construction management across multiple projects and develop execution strategies, methodologies, and delivery plans.
• Oversee schedules, budgets, quality, risks, contractors, consultants, suppliers, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and review construction methodologies, progress reports, and change requests.
• Coordinate with design, development, procurement, and operations teams; identify and mitigate delivery risks.
• Engage internal departments, government entities, contractors, and executive leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement and prepare executive reports on performance, risks, and strategic decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, architecture, or a related field.
• 12–15 years of construction and project-delivery experience, including at least 5 years in leadership.
• Experience delivering large-scale mixed-use, infrastructure, real estate, or mega-development projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, project controls, scheduling, and cost management.
• Familiarity with international construction standards and industry best practices.
