Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree or higher in business, information technology, computer science, engineering, management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital transformation, business process optimization, emerging technologies, and technology-enabled business models.
- Strong analytical, strategic-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical digital solutions and transformation initiatives.
- Excellent project management, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and drive organizational change.
Technology Skills
- Familiarity with data analytics, cloud technologies, automation, AI, CRM, ERP, or other enterprise technology platforms is listed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools is required.
- Knowledge of Agile, Lean, or similar methodologies is a plus.
