Lead initiatives that improve business performance through digital innovation, process optimization, and technology adoption.
Combine business understanding with digital awareness and a practical, results-driven approach.
Responsibilities
- Assess business processes and identify digital opportunities.
- Develop transformation roadmaps and coordinate cross-functional initiatives from planning through implementation.
- Work with business leaders, technology teams, and stakeholders to introduce scalable digital solutions.
- Support change management, process standardization, technology adoption, and performance measurement.
- Improve operational efficiency and enable data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital transformation, business process optimization, emerging technologies, and technology-enabled business models.
- Strong analytical, strategic-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical digital solutions and transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with data analytics, cloud technologies, automation, AI, CRM, ERP, or other enterprise technology platforms.
- Excellent project management, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and drive organizational change.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools.
- Knowledge of Agile, Lean, or similar methodologies is a plus.
