Analyze processes, develop performance frameworks, and support strategic initiatives across functions.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify business process improvement opportunities.
- Monitor performance and establish KPI frameworks.
- Support process standardization, governance, and change initiatives.
- Develop best practices that improve productivity, quality, and customer outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex business challenges.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of business operations, process improvement, performance management, and strategic planning.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to turn business data into actionable recommendations.
- Familiarity with KPI frameworks, process mapping, continuous improvement, and project management tools.
- Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and results orientation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and business analytics tools.
- Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodology knowledge is a plus.
