POWERCHINA is seeking a strategic and commercially minded Chief Financial Officer.
The CFO will lead financial strategy and support sustainable business growth.
Responsibilities
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cash flow management, risk management, and financial governance.
- Provide senior leadership with actionable financial insights.
- Strengthen financial controls and support long-term strategic planning and investment decisions.
- Work with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance and operational efficiency.
- Ensure financial transparency and compliance.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree or above in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of corporate finance, financial reporting, accounting principles, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Strong understanding of financial controls, risk management, compliance, and corporate governance.
- Strong analytical, strategic-thinking, and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate complex financial data into clear business insights and strategic recommendations.
Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and financial management systems.
Preferred Credentials
- CPA, ACCA, CFA, or an equivalent professional qualification is highly desirable.
