Qualifications and experience
- Engineer or equivalent, with at least 15 years of refining and petrochemicals experience in maintenance, digital, or data management.
- High-level SAP, iMOMS, and digital skills are required.
- Experience on projects in Saudi Arabia or the Middle East is required.
- High-level English is required; good working French is requested, and Arabic is ideal.
- Candidates should communicate and analyze effectively, work rigorously and independently, and coordinate with diverse project parties in an intensive multicultural environment.
Project leadership and delivery
- Lead 10 engineers and manage SAP and iMOMS projects.
- Develop the digital vision, strategy, architecture, scope, and tool designs for integration with the IT architecture.
- Manage FAT/SAT, implementation, commissioning, and start-up of SAP and iMOMS subsystems.
- Create, update, and deploy integrated tools for SAP and iMOMS.
- Promote a long-term digital roadmap for the EPCC phase.
Governance, training, and adoption
- Organize manufacturing digital follow-up committees covering actions, KPIs, budgets, resources, skills, training, support, and procedures.
- Supervise SAP and iMOMS module training specifications and help create a staff digital and data training program.
- Provide regular assessments and progress reports, and prepare an end-of-mission report.
- Promote tools through internal articles, presentations, and group meetings.
- Support a digital and data-centric culture and contribute to Industry 4.0 procedures.
