The Role

Digital Product Delivery Manager

What You'Ll Do

• **Own day-to-day delivery**
• of the mobile app - manage the product backlog, prioritise the roadmap with input from leadership, and keep sprints on track
• **Run agile ceremonies**
• sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retros - partnering with engineering leads and the scrum team
• **Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria**
• that engineering can build against without ambiguity
• **Coordinate release planning**
• across mobile, web and supporting platforms; manage dependencies with internal teams and external vendors
• **Partner with UX/UI designers**
• to turn ideas and guest insights into shippable features
• **Track product performance**
• using analytics (Firebase, GA4, Adobe, AppsFlyer or similar) and use the data to refine priorities
• **Handle the operational side**
• of mobile - App Store and Play Store submissions, release notes, version management, bug triage, hotfix coordination
• **Keep stakeholders informed**
• with clear, regular updates on what's shipping, what's blocked and what's next
• **Champion the guest**
• bring the voice of the user into every prioritisation conversation

What You'Ll Bring

• **5-7 years of digital product experience**
• , with at least 2-3 years on a consumer-facing mobile app (iOS/Android)
• **Formal Agile certification - SAFe (POPM, PSM-equivalent), CSPO, PSPO or equivalent.**
• You've worked inside a structured agile framework, not just "we do stand-ups"
• Strong working knowledge of

Agile And Scrum

• in practice - you've run the ceremonies, owned a backlog, and shipped on a regular cadence
• Comfortable with
• product tooling
• Jira, Confluence, Figma, and at least one mobile analytics platform (Firebase, GA4, Adobe, AppsFlyer)
• Solid understanding of the
• mobile app lifecycle
• App Store and Play Store processes, release management, versioning, and basic mobile platform constraints
• Ability to
• translate business needs into clear product requirements
• that engineering teams can deliver against
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - you can hold your own with marketing, ops, engineering and external partners
• Comfortable working in a
• fast-paced, multi-brand environment
• where priorities can shift
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Business, Digital, Marketing or similar)
• Nice to Have
• Experience in
• travel, hospitality, entertainment, retail or destinations
• Exposure to
• loyalty, ticketing, e-commerce or booking
• flows in a mobile context
• Familiarity with
• A/B testing, personalisation tools or CDP platforms
• Additional SAFe certifications - SA (Agilist), RTE, or SPC
• Arabic language skills
