About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for social media platforms, including posts, reels, stories, videos, and marketing campaigns.
• Manage, monitor, and grow company social media accounts across multiple platforms.
• Develop monthly content calendars and digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, and other digital channels.
• Coordinate content production, including photography, videography, shooting schedules, and editing.
• Ensure brand consistency and maintain a strong visual identity across all marketing materials and platforms.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, algorithms, and emerging marketing opportunities.
• Collaborate with influencers, content creators, partners, and businesses to develop successful campaigns and partnerships.
• Support the execution of promotional activities, product launches, and brand awareness initiatives.
• Requirements Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a related field.
• Strong content creation skills, including copywriting, graphic design, and video editing.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media management tools.
• Understanding of branding principles and visual storytelling.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar creative tools.
• Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and content marketing strategies.
• Experience working with influencers and brand collaborations.
