Role Description
:
This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Specialist role based in Dubai.
The Digital Marketing Specialist will plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across channels to build Eternell’s brand presence and drive qualified leads.
Responsibilities
include managing social media platforms, creating and scheduling content, running paid campaigns, and monitoring performance metrics.
The role involves using web and marketing analytics tools to track user behavior, measure ROI, and refine strategies.
The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging with product launches, events, and wellness programs, and will contribute to email marketing, landing page optimization, and basic SEO initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong Digital Marketing and Online Marketing skills to plan, implement, and optimize multi-channel campaigns.
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing for managing platforms, community engagement, and paid social campaigns.
- Experience with Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics or similar) to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent Communication skills for clear messaging, collaboration with internal teams, and external stakeholder engagement.
- Experience with marketing automation, email marketing, and basic SEO/SEM is an advantage.
- Ability to create and interpret campaign reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Interest in health-tech, wellness, or longevity-focused products and readiness to work on-site in Dubai in a fast-paced environment.
