Ratan Sajan Diamonds is a vertically integrated diamond house based in the heart of Dubai's DMCC Free Zone.
We source rough diamonds, manufacture in-house, and sell directly to discerning clients across the UAE and beyond.
We're building our digital presence aggressively and need someone who can execute at pace.
The Role
We're looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Executive who lives in the data, owns campaign performance end-to-end, and knows how to turn ad spend into qualified enquiries.
This isn't a brand awareness role — we need someone who optimises for results and moves fast.
What You'll Own
- Google Ads — Search, Shopping, and Display campaigns with full ownership of budget, bidding, and performance
- Meta Ads — Instagram and Facebook campaigns including reels, stories, and WhatsApp conversion flows
- SEO — on-page, technical, and content improvements to grow organic traffic on Shopify and WordPress
- Creative production — using AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, CapCut, etc.) to produce ad-ready images and video content
- Google My Business — manage and optimise the GMB profile including posts, reviews, Q&A, photos, and local SEO signals
- Shopify Tracking Setup — implement and maintain Meta Pixel, Conversions API, Google Tag Manager, and GA4 to ensure accurate attribution across all paid campaigns
- Ad Testing — run structured A/B and multivariate tests on creatives, headlines, audiences, and landing pages; document learnings and iterate rapidly
- Analytics and reporting — weekly and monthly performance reviews covering CPC, CPA, ROAS, and lead quality
- Website management — landing page optimisation, product uploads, and CRO on Shopify and WordPress
- Competitor tracking — ongoing benchmarking via Meta Ad Library, SEMrush, and Google
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of digital marketing experience in the UAE, with a strong portfolio of paid campaigns
- Proven track record in performance marketing — we will ask for numbers
- Solid hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO tools
- Experience setting up and troubleshooting Shopify tracking (Pixel, CAPI, GTM, GA4)
- Structured approach to ad testing — you run experiments, not guesses
- Familiar with Google My Business management and local SEO best practices
- Comfortable using AI tools to generate creatives independently
- Working knowledge of Shopify and WordPress
- Analytical mindset — you optimise based on data, not gut feel
- Bonus: experience in jewellery, luxury, or e-commerce categories
