Mandatory Skills
- Proven experience in **Lead Generation & Performance Marketing**
- **Experience at working in Igaming or Forex Industry**
- Hands-on **experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads**
- Strong ability to **generate quality leads** and improve ROI
- Experience in social media campaign management
- Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools
- **Experience in creating social media creatives, posters, banners, and marketing materials**
- Video editing skills for reels and promotional content
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta & Google Ads campaigns
- Generate quality leads through paid marketing campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance, CPL, ROI, and conversions
- Manage social media pages and improve engagement
- Create marketing creatives and promotional content
- Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversions
