Position Summary

SQUATWOLF is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our Ecommerce & Digital Marketing team. The business is on an exciting hyper-growth trajectory and so there’s never been a better time to join and make your mark as we take the brand to the next level.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the digital marketing strategy for customer acquisition and retention across all channels, including paid search, paid social, affiliates, email, SEO and display
  • Continually optimise performance, cost of marketing and CAC; trading each channel and leveraging data and tech to maximise campaign efficiency
  • Build customer retention strategies in order to increase LTV and reduce churn
  • Effectively manage the digital marketing budget and optimise ROAS
  • Forecast key performance metrics for each channel in line with business objectives
  • Provide daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting using internal BI tools (PowerBI) as well as each channel’s own attributed reporting (GA4, Appsflyer, FB Manager, Google Ads, TikTok, SNAP, CJ, etc)
  • Develop testing plans across the channels including creative, copy, landing pages and user flows to optimise conversion
  • Build and maintain relationships with digital agencies and affiliate partners
  • Monitor the market and keep abreast of industry developments, identifying new initiatives, risks and opportunities
  • Work closely with Brand & Content Team to ensure channel campaigns reflect brand values and assets are optimised to maximise traffic and revenue
  • Liaise with Buying and Planning teams, feeding back on search trends, customer purchasing habits and the competitor landscape
  • Input into in the Ecommerce strategy, including the website development roadmap and international growth
  • Working with third party retailers to maximise their revenue potential

Qualifications, Experience, Skills

  • A passion for Digital Marketing, Data and Consumer Behaviour
  • A minimum of 7-8 years’ experience in digital marketing
  • Expert knowledge of Paid Social (META, Snap Tiktok), Paid Search
  • Strong understanding of Affiliates, SEO & Display
  • Proven track record of driving growth across key performance metrics including revenue growth, Cost of Marketing %, CAC and ROAS targets
  • Extensive experience of owning budgets
  • Fluent in Google Analytics / keen to be the business champion for GA4
  • Experience in managing digital marketing agencies
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholder interests
  • Analytical; able to spot trends and opportunities
  • Strong attention to detail. Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • A pro-active team player with excellent communication skills
