Digital Marketing Specialist

About This Role

Adulis Bay Properties is looking for a creative, driven, and results-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our growing team in Dubai.

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive property sales, leasing, and brand awareness for the company. The role involves managing digital marketing campaigns, social media platforms, content creation, lead generation, and event coordination while ensuring compliance with RERA and UAE advertising regulations. The Marketing Manager works closely with sales, admin, developers, agencies, and media partners to support business growth and maximize marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities:

· Strategic Marketing Planning

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for property sales, leasing, and brand awareness from pre-launch to post-handover.

· Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

Plan, manage, and optimize digital campaigns across SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and social media platforms to generate high-quality leads.

· Social Media Management

Manage and grow brand presence across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

· Content Creation & Production

Oversee and participate in property photography, videography, and creation of marketing materials, including coordination with agents and models.

· Campaign Management & Performance Tracking

Execute marketing campaigns and monitor KPIs such as lead quality, cost per lead, and return on investment (ROI).

· Website Management

Ensure the company website is regularly updated, user-friendly, and aligned with branding and marketing objectives.

· Market Research & Analysis

Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and customer profiling to support pricing strategies and project positioning.

· Event & Launch Coordination

Coordinate property launches, open houses, exhibitions, and broker events in collaboration with admin and sales teams.

· Regulatory Compliance

Ensure all marketing activities comply with RERA guidelines and UAE advertising regulations.

· Stakeholder Collaboration

Work closely with internal teams and external partners, including developers, agencies, and media partners, to align marketing efforts with business goals.

· CRM & Marketing Tools Management Utilize CRM systems and digital tools to track leads, manage customer interactions, and support data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

• Experience in digital marketing, social media management, or real estate marketing
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and content creation
• Proficiency in Canva, video editing tools, and social media platforms
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Real estate experience in Dubai is an advantage
