We’re looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist who can consistently generate high-quality leads through Meta and Google Ads.
This role is ideal for someone who understands performance marketing deeply and can turn data into scalable growth—especially within fast-moving sectors like iGaming, crypto, or fintech.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage lead generation campaigns across Meta and Google Ads
- Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to improve ROI and reduce CPL
- Identify and target the right audiences through research, segmentation, and testing
- Work closely with content and design teams to create high-converting ads and landing pages
- Continuously test creatives, copies, and funnels to improve performance
- Stay updated with platform changes, industry trends, and competitor strategies
- Share regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations
Requirements
- Hands-on experience running lead generation campaigns on Meta and Google Ads
- Strong understanding of performance metrics, analytics, and attribution models
- Experience in iGaming, crypto, or fintech is an advantage
- Skilled in A/B testing, audience targeting, and conversion optimization
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Google Ads / Meta certifications are a plus
