Role Description

We are seeking a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager to develop and execute digital marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and support business growth.

This role is responsible for managing digital campaigns, optimizing online presence, analyzing marketing performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across search engines, social media, email, display advertising, and other digital channels.
  • Manage website performance, SEO, SEM, content strategy, and user experience initiatives.
  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and provide data-driven insights to improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Oversee content creation and ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms.
  • Manage digital advertising budgets and maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend monitoring to identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop lead generation, customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to support product launches and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare marketing performance reports and present recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and digital marketing best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and online advertising.
  • Familiarity with web analytics platforms, marketing automation tools, content management systems, and CRM platforms.
  • Excellent analytical, creative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to analyze marketing data and translate insights into effective business strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing platforms.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
