Role Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Compliance Manager to oversee the organization's compliance framework and promote a culture of integrity, ethics, and regulatory adherence.

This role is responsible for developing and maintaining compliance programs, monitoring regulatory requirements, identifying compliance risks, and providing guidance to support effective governance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on business operations.
  • Conduct compliance risk assessments and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.
  • Review business processes to identify compliance gaps and support corrective actions.
  • Provide compliance guidance and practical recommendations to internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and deliver compliance training and awareness programs.
  • Support internal audits, regulatory inspections, and compliance reviews by coordinating documentation and responses.
  • Investigate compliance-related matters and recommend corrective and preventive actions where appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate compliance records, reports, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen governance, risk management, and compliance initiatives.
  • Promote ethical business practices and support continuous improvement of the organization's compliance framework.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
  • Professional certification in Compliance, Governance, Risk Management, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of compliance principles, corporate governance, internal controls, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Knowledge of compliance risk assessment, policy development, and regulatory reporting.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical judgment.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and compliance management or documentation tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying informed of regulatory and industry developments.
